Breathe is a digital health coaching program that approaches mental health through the mind and body. Because our coaches are trained in both coaching psychology and bodily-based movement practices we are able to fill a gap left by most treatment or health paradigms that specialize in either movement or behavior change interventions, but not both. We are one of the few coaching programs that combine coaching with movement and breathwork that can be accessed both online and in person. If you are a certified health coach, or a licensed mental health counselor with training in yoga, pilates, or any other somatic intervention we would love to talk to you!
