21-day
developing a home practice
Your home practice is a personal ritual—a time to recalibrate, restore, and refine your relationship with your body— with your self. Just as a well-designed home supports ease and flow, your home practice should invite presence and possibility. A designated area, even a small corner, can become a sanctuary where movement, breath, and awareness come together. Props, walls, and blankets serve as tools for feedback, helping to shape structure and support alignment. Through repetition and refinement, home practice transforms from routine into revelation, offering a space to not only strengthen and soften but to see yourself more clearly.
I created these videos to make moving better and feeling better, more accessible and more sustainable. Each lesson is about 20 minutes long, and get progressively more complex. You can stay on one lesson for as long as you want. I include the theory and practice of the Katonah yoga® system, which is an embodiment practice, meaning through technique, repetition, and time our embodiment evolves and changes.
